Order Policy

Payment will be taken in full at time of purchase. Please be aware that taking payment does not mean that we have accepted your order and if we are unable to accept your order, we will refund your payment.

If you have placed an order online, a member of our team will be in touch with you within 72 hours of the purchase to confirm the order.

Can I change my order?

Once the customer has placed their order with us, the order can be amended within the first 24 hours. If the customer needs to change any information provided for their contact or delivery details, they should contact us via email or phone call at any point prior to delivery.

Pricing Errors

We try our best to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate and up to date. If we discover any errors in the pricing of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If we have displayed an inaccurate price, we are not obligated to provide the goods at the incorrect price. In these circumstances if you do not wish to proceed with purchasing the goods at the correct price any payment you have made will be returned to you in full, using the same payment method that you used to place your order.

We often run sales throughout the year, this does mean that prices do fluctuate. Please rest assured that the price you pay the time of purchase is the best price offered at that time. The price you pay secures the product for you and its own responsibility to look out for any promotional discount n the day of purchase. Due to this reason, we are unable to refund the difference between the price you paid and any future promotional prices.

Bespoke items refer to items that have been manufactured based on the specifications of an individual buyer. Whether it is a bespoke size, combination or fabric. What is classed as made to order?

Made-to-order items means that the production starts only after the customer orders them. In simple words, the item is not off the shelf, it will be made for you once you purchase it. All our beds, bed boxes, sofas, footstools, and occasional chairs are made to order in the UK. They are made for each individual customer thus there is a waiting time.
